This role involves making outbound calls offering our services to new and existing customers. The position is also responsible for handling inbound calls, setting appointments, and handling customer concerns.

We are looking for someone that is looking to grow with a great company. A candidate with a strong customer service background or who is efficient in sales and marketing would make a great fit. Our customers deserve prompt attention and careful follow through.

The Opportunity:

Action Comfort Systems is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to Service and Install high quality, high end equipment in our customer's homes. This is your opportunity to get your foot in the door at one of the best places to work in Anderson. If you are an experienced HVAC Service with excellent residential troubleshooting, and installation skills, we want to talk with you.

The Responsibilities:

• Addressing the customer's HVAC concerns

• Thoroughly checking the entire HVAC system for the customer

• Installing quality high end HVAC equipment

• Listening to the customer and providing suggestions and feedback to improve their existing system

• Completing all necessary repairs

• Completing all necessary paperwork

The Qualifications:

• You have at least 1 Year of experience

• You have an EPA Certification

• You enjoy working with people

• You have excellent communication skills

• You have a valid driver's license

• You have no DUI convictions or license suspensions

• You reside in a location from which you can commute to our office within 45 minutes
