Country Cabinets & Construction Construction Business specializing in custom stairs and railings, cabinets, new home construction, a Country Cabinets was started in 1981 by Stephen VanLuik.

Stephen was farming during the summer and built cabinets during the winter months. After discontinuing farming in 1986, Country Cabinets added construction in 1988. Stephen had attended Austin Tech College in Austin, MN in the carpentry program in 1977-1979. Stephen is very good at remodeling projects and new construction but his specialty is the stair railings-curved or straight. He spent a year

in California learning how to build curved railings. He is the only one this side of the cities that bends his own rails for curved stairs. Stephen researches and learns all he can about all aspects of every new construction project. Each project is treated like it is his own.
