For over 60 years, we have been a family-owned and operated business, serving the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. Our founder, Alex Ploutis, retired in 2009, and since then, his daughter Stella and her husband Gus Koukides have successfully managed and led the company. We specialize in assisting homeowners and property management professionals in the DMV area with their painting

, renovation, and community maintenance needs. Our commitment lies in delivering the highest level of service, necessary support, and quality results. Our services extend to a wide range of properties, including commercial and multi-family buildings, condominiums, residential homes and communities, HOAs, co-ops, churches, shopping centers, government buildings, and more. At Ploutis Contracting, keeping our clients stress-free is our number one goal.

It started with a small leak… and turned into a full clubhouse renovation. 🚿➡️🛠️

Right next to the pool, this space sees it all — wet flip-flops, quick cooldowns, HOA meetings, and summer hangouts. So when we fixed the issue, we went further and gave the entire clubhouse a fresh, functional upgrade.

From leak repair to full renovation, this is what community-focused construction looks like.
