Congratulations to our client Fairlington Presbyterian Church and their development partner Wesley Housing on the official opening of the new Waypoint at Fairlington, an affordable housing development on the church's property.

The Waypoint at Fairlington, a new 81-unit affordable housing building, is leased up and preparing for October move-ins.
