Position: Cleaning Tech (Lead Track) – $25/hr Training → Up to $50/hr – Operations Manager Potential
About Us:
Veteran Cleaners is a veteran-owned, fast-growing window & exterior cleaning company serving the DC/Northern VA area. We're looking for our first key hire — someone who’s reliable, fast, physically fit, and ready to grow with us.
You’ll start as a Cleaning Tech on the leadership track, with the chance to become our Operations Manager as the company grows.
Pay:
$25/hr during training
After training, move to commission-based pay — typically earning $30–$50/hr
Pay grows with experience and responsibility
What You'll Do:
Clean residential windows and exterior surfaces (power washing, siding, patios, etc.)
Work outdoors, sometimes on ladders
Help maintain a high-quality, efficient, and professional jobsite
Build leadership skills — future role may include managing a team
We’re Looking For:
Reliable, physically fit workers who show up on time and ready to go
Quick learners who take direction well and want to grow
Comfortable on ladders, with physical outdoor work
Driver’s license + reliable transportation (required)
Experience in window cleaning or power washing is a plus
