This is the latest job. Replaced rotted out floor joists in 2 bedrooms and half of a frontroom. Putting in all new joists and support beams the put down all new plywood flooring. Even impressed the inspector with how all my work was done and customer was excited to have all new flooring. 🎉💼🔨👏

Old flooring was rotted out. Tore out the old rotted flooring, replaced a few cracked floor joists and put down all new floor boards. Customer was really happy with everything.

These are some of the other things built by Dave's Handyman. These are things that are built to order, they are not kept in stock.stocks.

The stairs are 36in wide by 21in high @ $50
I can also build them higher or lower, also longer or shorter.

The flower bench planters come in 3 different sizes. 1- 24in long by 10in wide @ $45/ 1- 18in long by 10in wide @ $35/ 1- 24in long by 6in wide @ $25

The tall bench chairs and all at 5ft 8in tall and the bench seat is 24in wide by 19in high it also comes with 2 hanging hooks for coats, keys etc. etc. @ $175

The 2 small end tables and center table @ $125
The 2 small end tables are 24in by 20in and the center table is 24in by 36.5in.

All the out door steps, flower bench planters and tables are all built out of treated lumber. Yet like I stated, everything is built to order and some things can be made bigger and or smaller.
