We have always been involved in the real estate investment segment. Through out the years we have completed hundreds of flips and rentals all over Western Pa. We've done projects in Pittsburgh, Tionesta, PA Culpepper VA, Charleston, SC & Savannah, GA, and Michigan. We are now working to develop a job training program. Slowing down a notch and having more fun. Its been hard to hire qualified techs. I'd like to see if I can do better. Dialysis has made the daily operations of Beaver Valley Construction and Handyman Service difficult to manage. We are temporarily closing operations in an effort to get production and quality under control.

Our Skilled Trade Service Providers are some of the best in the business. 100's of years of combined experience. The additional providers we have brought on caused a slide in our customer service which has been brought to out attention. When repeat clients start asking "what happened?" It's time to reset and get back to what made us good. Bigger is not always better.
