The word pressure wash is a very misused word that could easily end in a detrimental result if done improperly. The only surfaces that require high pressure washing are concrete and brick. The pictured trailer only needed a low pressure/soft wash to get the maximized results. When looking for a company to clean your exterior, ensure they're aware of the difference between low pressure and high pressure because if they use high pressure when it's not needed, it could result in immense damage.
As you see the pictures below we used a softwash mixture that is easy on the window seals and rubber gaskets but strong enough to take care of all that nasty green and black mold.

Pressure or power washing is actually something we ONLY use in specific applications. Most of the time we use something called a soft wash application and it's specifically used to protect weak or fragile concrete, to clean aluminum or vinyl siding. Its much safer and doesn't push water behind the siding ect.. Here at Cjs we NEVER use pressure on siding of ANY sort, wood, failing concrete or new concrete. Graffiti doesnt only bring down property value. It brings the city ordinance guy around ... Graffiti removal isn't a issue for CJ's Power Spray. We will be out as soon as the weather breaks.

Love doing work in my home town!!! Did the couple local the taco stands in and around the city. Always a pleasure cleaning their hoods considering they do have one of the cleaner kitchens we come cross!!!! I've eaten here many many times before getting into the business and if I haven't eaten there and cleaned it, I would still put the check mark under yes column as places id eat After cleaning.

( Side note. The fan in the beginning dirtiness is extremely common. Like high 90%. Not much you can do. All depends on the type of food your cooking)
