We wanted to give everyone a heads-up about a small change weโ€™ll be making to our billing policy.

Starting September 1, 2026, a late fee will be applied to accounts that remain unpaid after the due date. We understand that sometimes things get missed, and our goal isnโ€™t to make anyoneโ€™s life harder. This is simply to help us keep our billing consistent and keep things running smoothly.

As storm season continues, we'd like to remind everyone that yard waste should not be placed in your poly cart.

Items such as tree limbs, grass clippings, weeds, leaves, and other yard debris should be taken to your city's designated yard waste disposal site. Most cities provide this service free of charge to residents.

We understand that it may seem easier to place these items in your trash cart, but yard waste can become lodged in the truck's pinch points and moving parts, which can cause equipment issues and delays in service.

We appreciate your help in keeping our equipment running smoothly and ensuring efficient service for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and support!
