Another water damage job completed. Homeowners had a leak under the slab. Leak was fixed and we were called in to mitigate the water damage and restore it back to its prior condition with a few upgrades. Hardwood floors were completely removed, replaced and finished out with an updated stain color. Bathtub was removed and shower constructed with double sliding frameless glass door, water damaged sheetrock replaced, baseboard replacement and repainting in bedroom and bathroom, new wallpaper, and new plumbing fixtures. Before and after pictures of our most recent kitchen remodel. Removed the partition wall and constructed a large oversized island for entertaining and family gatherings. Removed fluorescent lights and added recessed lighting, added lighting over island, cabinet painting, backsplash tile, quartz countertops, flooring repair, added Lighting to living area and replaced ceiling fan  Homeowners are now enjoying their new space and myself and crew are super happy to have been a part of the project!

This is the week of the laundry room makeover! Just completed these two laundry rooms with before and after pictures. First laundry room, we added cabinetry, quartz countertops, backsplash on herringbone pattern, utility sink and faucet. Second laundry room was a simple repaint. Both turned out great! This week we were involved in something that’s a little out of our normal wheelhouse, but we were able to pull our resources together and help a client with a plumbing leak that they had under the slab. 23 feet of tunneling under the house 5 feet high by 3 feet wide. To say that’s a ton of dirt is an understatement. No doubt it weighed a lot more than that. Leak is fixed and time to fill the tunnel back in!

 Here it is! After pictures from our January 5th demo day before post. Complete bathroom remodel down to the studs and put back together again. We found significant termite damage in the exterior walls and replaced old cast-iron plumbing below the slab.  everything from top to bottom has been replaced, custom cabinetry, new sheet rock and texture, quartz countertops, relocation and custom shower construction, tile flooring, frameless glass, lighting and plumbing fixtures.

Another completed project this week! This job started out as an insurance claim from water damage. We removed existing island and constructed larger custom island and removed a partition wall. Installed waterproof laminated flooring throughout the main areas and hallways, refinished cabinets, installed cabinet hardware, new microwave, new baseboards moved electrical, plenty of repairs and other painting. The Quartzite countertops and backsplash are amazing! . If you or know someone who has had water damage from the recent cold weather/frozen pipes please give us a call.
