This morning, our technicians and apprentices completed an in-house Gastite/FlashShield+ certification training, led by Field Service Engineer, Chad Lemon. Through this program, our team is now officially recognized by Gastite as qualified installers!

Continuing to raise the standard of service we provide every day is something we strive for, as we are committed to ongoing training and development. Opportunities like this are what help our team grow in both skill and confidence out in the field.

A big thank you to Chad and the team at Gastite for taking the time to pour into our staff and share your expertise. We’re also incredibly grateful to our Service Manager, Michael, for making sure our technicians had the opportunity to take part in this valuable training.

This past Friday, our crew had an absolute blast putting our skills to the test at TX Laser Combat, working together, strategizing, and completing every mission as a team!

The fun didn’t stop there… we brought the energy back to the office for our annual crawfish boil (Shout out to Crawdad's!), followed by a full-on water balloon war and a competitive volleyball match that kept everyone on their toes!

Days like these remind us how important it is to connect, have fun, and grow stronger as a team so we can continue showing up and serving our community at the highest level.
