Insomniac Remodeling is one the Lehigh Valley’s fastest growing renovation and property maintenance companies. We are looking to add another team member to join our maintenance and renovations team. We currently maintain over 175 properties and that number is growing daily. Job Opportunity:

Being a part of our maintenance and renovations team includes all of the work involved in the upkeep of property or an apartment complex. You need to have experience in each trade and be considered a jack-of-all-trades. Tasks that may be asked of you include:

* Replacing light fixtures, fixing doors, repairing plumbing issues, installing door k***s, painting, drywall repair, maintenance items, and much more.
* Handling city inspection requirements.
* Handle and complete maintenance requests.

What we expect from you (qualifications):

The requirements for this position are:

* 1 year experience with home improvement, maintenance, or property maintenance.
* Must have a reliable vehicle
* Must have a smartphone for hour logging and daily tasks sheet
* Have basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, drills, etc.)

Job Type: Part Time (24-30 hours a week) with the opportunity for full time after one month of employment

Salary: Based upon experience, certifications and knowledge/skill-set.

Pay Frequency:
* Bi weekly
Schedule:
* Typically Monday to Friday 9am-5PM or 10am-6pm. Weekend work is available.

This role is for somebody who enjoys painting and has a background with minor home repairs. The ideal candidate will be working with one of our large portfolio clients and will be responsible for normal turnover tasks such as spackling, painting, and making the apartment cosmetically move in ready. Once the job is done, the cleaners will get the apartment cleaned up. Basic hand tools are required There will be a 2 week trial period before full time work is given.

This role is for somebody who is detail oriented and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will be working part-time. Each apartment cleaned will be $100. Pay is given after the field supervisor checks the job and makes sure it is all clean. Most jobs will be able to be done in less than 8 hours. Most jobs are similar and require vacuuming, scrubbing, and at some jobs carpet cleaning.
