Tipping Culture & Integra Environmental

I personally don't like that we are asked to tip everywhere we go but as an employer, I'm conflicted and want to hear everyone's thoughts.

My employees are technicians who install radon mitigation systems, encapsulate crawl spaces and service/install sump pumps. Am I limiting their earning potential by not turning on the tip request feature in our payment system based on my personal feelings on requesting tips?

What are your thoughts?
