Sequoia Home Renovations is hiring!
Seeking a motivated professional craftsmen to partner with.
Sequoia is a fully licensed and insured comprehensive-service general contracting firm specializing in home restoration projects. Much of our work primarily involves kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, finished carpentry packages, fences, and decks. We are currently working with multiple property owners on several projects and are looking for dedicated and hardworking independent contractors who fulfill the following requirements:
Skill-Set Requirements:
-3-5 years experience in professional carpentery (references preferred)
-Experience in rough framing
-Experience in drywall hanging and repair
-Experience in finish carpentry
-Cabinet installation
-Molding installation
-Door and window installation
-Flooring installation
Other Requirements:
-Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
-MUST BE SAFETY CONSCIOUS. Our goal is to provide and maintain a safe workplace for our employees, contractors, clients, and the public.
-Must have a working cell phone
-Must be drug free
-Must maintain a clean appearance
-Must speak English and have good communication skills
-Must be initiative, detail oriented and work well in a team environment.
**Compensation ($30-$50/hour) will depend on skill level, experience, and the demands of each project. ($62,000-$104,000 annually)
