What started as a nice and simple front door replacement turned into a complete side tear-off. I found a few spots with mold and rot that had to be cut out and replaced. I pulled out all the windows and replaced two of them, as well as the new door, with new subfloor surrounding it. There is still lots to do, but here’s a good example of what can happen with just a little water leaking over time.
