When refinishing floors, we can't always sand pet stains out if they are too deep. In this case we replaced some of the worst boards to break up the pet stain circles and used a the customer picked out a stain color that hid the rest.

Here is a small Brazilian Teak (5"solid prefinished) glue down we installed on a 45° yesterday.

A recent hardwood refinish we just completed. I forgot to take some before pictures, but they had some extensive wear from 2 large dogs. The stain color is Espresso (water popped), and finish is Poloplaz Satin.

Here is a job we finished a couple of weeks ago.
We sanded and Handscraped the existing oak floors and stained them with Duraseal Classic Gray, and finished with Masterline waterbase (satin)
