🌙 31 Days of Intention | Day 19: GROWTH

✨ Chapter Three — STEP INTO YOUR POWER

Sometimes growth means taking a different path than the one we originally imagined. 🌿

Like a river finding its way around the rocks, life doesn’t always follow a straight line.
And that’s okay.
Growth isn’t always about becoming more. Sometimes it’s about giving yourself permission to become different.
- To outgrow old expectations.
- To welcome new possibilities.
- To trust that changing direction doesn’t mean you’ve lost your way. 💜

✨ Today’s affirmation:
“I give myself permission to grow beyond what no longer serves me.”

🍂 Today’s ritual — Embrace Your Growth
Ask yourself:
“What am I ready to outgrow, and what new direction is calling me?”

Write down one small step you can take toward that change.

💜 Today’s reflection:
What’s one way you’ve grown that your younger self would be proud of?

Share yours below! 🌿

✨ Sometimes a new path leads to a brighter you.

🌙 31 Days of Intention | Day 17: CONFIDENCE

✨ Chapter Three — STEP INTO YOUR POWER

How often have you questioned your abilities, downplayed your accomplishments, or waited for someone else to recognize your worth?

Confidence isn’t believing you’ll never fail.
It’s trusting yourself enough to try, knowing that even if you stumble, you have what it takes to rise again. 💜

You don’t need permission to take up space, share your ideas, or pursue what sets your soul on fire.
You are allowed to believe in yourself.

✨ Today’s affirmation:
“I trust my voice, honor my abilities, and allow myself to take up space without apology.”

🌿 Today’s ritual — Own Your Strength
- Write down three things you’re genuinely proud of accomplishing.
- Read them aloud.
- Then remind yourself: I did that. I am capable of more.

💜 Today’s reflection:
Where in your life are you ready to stop making yourself smaller?

Share your thoughts below. Your confidence might inspire someone else to find theirs. ✨

🍂 A brighter view begins when I believe in myself.

✨ Ignite your light, one candle at a time.

🌙 31 Days of Intention | Day 16: RESILIENCE

✨ Chapter Three — STEP INTO YOUR POWER

Some of the strongest things in nature are not the ones that have never faced a storm.
They’re the ones whose roots have grown deeper because of it. 🌳🍂
And perhaps the same can be said of us.

We’ve all experienced seasons that challenged us in ways we never expected.
- Seasons of uncertainty.
- Seasons of loss.
- Seasons when the life we knew suddenly looked different from the life standing before us.
And somehow, we found a way to keep going.
- Not always gracefully.
- Not always confidently.
- And certainly not without moments when we wanted to give up.
But we kept growing.

Resilience isn’t about coming through every storm unchanged. It’s about discovering that even after the storm, we can still grow.
Sometimes resilience looks like rebuilding something we lost.
Sometimes it’s finding the courage to begin again.
And sometimes it’s simply allowing ourselves to rest, knowing that we don’t have to prove our strength every single day. 💜

✨ Today’s affirmation:
“I honor everything I have survived and trust in my ability to rise, rebuild, and keep growing.”

🌿 Today’s ritual — Honor Your Roots
Find a quiet moment and imagine yourself as an old oak tree.

Think about the roots that have kept you grounded through difficult seasons.

Perhaps those roots are your determination, your creativity, your faith in yourself, the people who supported you, or the lessons you’ve learned along the way.

In your journal, write:
“What has helped me remain rooted when life felt uncertain?”

Then name three strengths you’ve discovered within yourself.
They don’t have to be extraordinary.
Sometimes patience, asking for help, or simply trying again are the greatest strengths of all.

Take a moment to recognize how far you’ve come.
Not because every difficulty made you stronger, but because you deserve to acknowledge the effort it took to get here.

💜 Today’s reflection:
What part of yourself are you most proud of for making it through a difficult season?

You don’t have to share the circumstances or tell your entire story.
Sometimes simply saying “I’m proud that I kept going” is enough.

If you feel comfortable, share yours in the comments. Your words might remind someone else to recognize their own strength. ✨

🍂 I have weathered storms, and I am still growing.

✨ Ignite your light, one candle at a time.

✨ Chapter Three — STEP INTO YOUR POWER

There comes a moment when believing something better is possible is no longer enough.
We have to find the courage to take a step toward it.
And sometimes, that first step is the hardest.
Because courage isn’t always bold or fearless.
Sometimes courage is quietly saying, “I’m going to try anyway.”

🍁 Starting over when you never expected to.

💜 Speaking up when your voice trembles.

🌿 Choosing yourself when you’ve spent so long putting everyone else first.

✨ Pursuing a dream even when you don’t know where it will lead.

🦌 Taking that first step across the bridge without knowing exactly what waits on the other side.

Courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s choosing not to let fear make every decision for you.
And perhaps that’s where our power truly begins.

✨ Today’s affirmation:
“I honor the courage within me, even when my steps are small, my voice trembles, and the path ahead is uncertain.”

🌑 A Moment of Cosmic Alignment

As we welcome the October 10 new moon and the symbolism of the 10/10 portal, we’re invited to reflect on new beginnings, personal transformation, and the intentions we’re ready to bring into our lives.
Whether you embrace the spiritual meaning of this moment or simply see it as an opportunity for a fresh start, the invitation remains the same:
What are you ready to stop allowing fear to hold back?

🍂 Today’s ritual — The Courageous First Step

Find a quiet moment. Light a candle if you’d like, take a few deep breaths, and think about something you’ve been wanting to do but haven’t yet found the courage to begin.

In your journal, write:
“What would I do today if I trusted my courage more than my fear?”

Then beneath it, complete these three thoughts:

✨ I am afraid of ______.

💜 I am ready to believe ______.

🌿 One courageous step I can take is ______.

You don’t have to conquer every fear today.
You don’t have to cross the entire bridge.
You only have to be willing to take the first step.

💜 Today’s reflection:

Complete this sentence in the comments:
“I’m finding the courage to ______.”

It might be something big, something small, or something you’ve never said aloud before.

And if you’re not ready to share, that’s okay too. Sometimes simply acknowledging it to yourself is an act of courage.

🍁 Courage begins before certainty arrives.

✨ Ignite your light, one candle at a time.

🌙 31 Days of Intention | Chapter Two Reflection

RECOGNIZE WHAT’S AROUND YOU

Chapter One asked us to return to ourselves.

Chapter Two asked us to lift our eyes and look around.

Because sometimes we’re so focused on where we’re going—or what we believe is missing—that we overlook how much life is already happening right where we are.

Over these seven intentions, we practiced noticing.

💜 GRATITUDE — Appreciate the beauty already present in your life.
🌿 PRESENCE — Stop rushing toward what’s next long enough to experience what’s here.
🦋 JOY — Give yourself permission to embrace the moments that light you up.
✨ CONNECTION — Treasure the people, places and experiences that remind you that you belong.
🌻 ABUNDANCE — Recognize that abundance comes in many forms, not simply in having more.
🌈 POSSIBILITY — Remain open to paths, opportunities and outcomes you cannot yet see.
🦅 HOPE — Believe there can still be something beautiful ahead, even when the path isn’t clear.

Looking back, these weren’t seven separate lessons either.

They were an invitation to notice your life while you’re living it.

To recognize the ordinary moments that aren’t really ordinary at all.

The conversation that makes you feel understood.
The morning light coming through the window.
The laughter you didn’t expect.
The opportunity you almost dismissed.
The tiny sign that reminds you not to give up.

Maybe abundance isn’t always about receiving more.

Maybe sometimes it’s finally recognizing how much is already here. 💜

✨ A Chapter Two Reflection

Of these seven intentions—

GRATITUDE • PRESENCE • JOY • CONNECTION • ABUNDANCE • POSSIBILITY • HOPE

Which one changed the way you looked at something in your own life?

And is there one you’re still learning to notice?

Share yours below if you’d like. Sometimes seeing life through someone else’s eyes helps us recognize something beautiful in our own.

Look around.
There is more here than you realized. ✨

And now, we turn the page.

Chapter Three begins next. 🌙

🌙 31 Days of Intention | Day 14: HOPE

There are seasons when the path ahead feels clear.

And then there are seasons when we can only see the next few steps.

- We may not know how everything will unfold.
- We may not have the answers yet.
- We may still be waiting for the opportunity, the change, the healing, or the breakthrough we’ve been hoping for.

But uncertainty doesn’t mean there is nothing beautiful ahead. 🍂
Sometimes hope is quiet.

It’s getting up and trying again.
It’s sending one more application.
Taking one more step.
Creating something even when you don’t know where it will lead.
Believing that one difficult chapter doesn’t get to write the entire story.

Hope doesn’t require us to pretend everything is perfect.
It simply asks us to leave a little light on for what could still be. ✨

🦅 Today’s affirmation:
“Even when the path isn’t clear, I choose to believe there is something beautiful ahead.”

🍂 Today’s ritual — Leave the Light On
Find a quiet place and think about something in your life that feels uncertain right now.

Instead of asking:
“How is this going to work out?”

Ask yourself:
“What am I still hopeful for?”

Write your answer down.

Then beneath it, write one small thing you can do today that keeps you moving toward it.

You don’t need to know the entire path.
You only need enough hope to take the next step. 💜

✨ Today’s reflection:
Complete this sentence:
“I’m holding onto hope for ______.”

If it feels comfortable, share yours below. Someone reading your words may be holding onto hope for the very same thing.

🦅 Bolder days. Brighter tomorrows.
✨ Ignite your light, one candle at a time.

🌙 31 Days of Intention | Day 11: CONNECTION

Some connections simply fill our time.
Others fill something deeper.
They’re the people we don’t have to perform for. The ones who make us laugh a little louder, breathe a little easier, and somehow feel more like ourselves when they’re near.

Connection can also be found beyond people—in a familiar place, time spent in nature, a beloved pet, a community that welcomes us, or even a quiet moment that reminds us we’re part of something bigger.

True connection isn’t measured by how many people surround us.

It’s found in the moments when we feel seen, understood, welcomed, and free to simply be. 💜

✨ Today’s affirmation:
“I make space for genuine connection and cherish the people, places, and moments that remind me I belong.”

🌿 Think of someone who makes you feel more like yourself.

Close your eyes for a moment and remember a time you felt completely comfortable in their presence—no expectations, no pretending, just connection.

Then do one small thing to honor that bond.
- Send a text.
- Make a phone call.
- Share a memory.
- Say “I’m glad you’re in my life.”

And if the connection you’re craving isn’t in your life yet, use this moment to set an intention to remain open to the people and experiences still waiting to find you. 💜

✨ Ignite your light, one candle at a time.

31 Days of Intention | Day 8: GRATITUDE

Sometimes abundance doesn’t arrive as more.

Sometimes it’s realizing how much is already here.

The morning light through the window.
A favorite mug warming your hands. ☕
Someone who checks in on you.
A quiet moment after a long day.
Food on the table.
A laugh you didn’t expect.
Something you’re looking forward to.

So much of life happens while we’re waiting for the next thing that it’s easy to overlook the beautiful things already surrounding us.

✨ Today’s affirmation:

“I recognize the abundance already present in my life and welcome each blessing with gratitude.”

🌿 Today’s ritual:

Take a few quiet minutes and write down three things you’re grateful for today.

But here’s the challenge: make at least one of them something small—something you might normally take for granted.
Then ask yourself:
What if I already have more than I notice?

💚 Let’s fill the comments with a little gratitude.

Tell me ONE thing you’re grateful for today. Big, small, ordinary, extraordinary—it all counts.

I’ll start: Today, I’m grateful for my children’s presence. ✨

And if someone else’s answer reminds you of something you’re grateful for too, leave them a 💜.

✨ Ignite your light, one candle at a time.
