Nobody believes this is homemade. That is exactly the point. πΉ
Toasted baguette slice.
Herbed cream cheese spread thick.
One salami slice pinched into a bow tie.
One black olive pressed at the center.
Mix cream cheese with dill, chive, garlic,
lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Toast baguette slices at 200Β°C for 8 minutes.
Cool completely before spreading.
Pinch the salami center tight β the tighter
the pinch the cleaner the bow.
Press the olive firmly into the cream cheese.
Three minutes per canapΓ©.
Full plate in twenty minutes.
