Straight Line Lawn & Landscape is hiring hardworking and dependable seasonal help! We are currently looking for a responsible landscape maintenance foreman.

Requirements:

Minimum two years landscape and managerial experience required.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid TX driver's license and be insurable. Must be able to operate mid-size trucks w/ trailers. Must be able to operate motorized landscape equipment including but not limited to zero turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, hedge trimmers and a variety of hand tools.
Available for work up to 12 hours a day on a rare occasion, available most Saturdays during peak season load.
Able to read and follow job and safety instructions.
Able to be punctual, self-motivated and driven, complete tasks throughout the day without immediate supervision using problem solving skills.
Able to interact in English with customers and problem solve while on the move.
Irrigation experience and ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Compensation of your time is based on experience and qualifications.

It’s and we couldn’t be half the quality of tradesman without innovation and quality tools from some of our favorite manufacturers. has completely changed the game for us to keep our tools and irrigation parts organized and stocked up. Our bucket is the strongest, most reliable one on the market for hundreds of different uses and makes irrigation installation in this West Texas clay and caliche a walk in the park for our installs. Today was one hell of a day. It was Monday, it wasn’t a bad Monday, just so dang hot! Today was the 2nd hottest day Amarillo has seen in the history of record keeping! That’s crazy. Our crew has worked relentlessly without complaint in all of this miserable heat. We have been unusually busy and I have to say how proud of them I am and how extremely grateful I am to each one of them. It has been nothing short of a miracle to be able to power through these days. Long days too! Today was a day full of saw dust and sweat, not comfortable. We had the great pleasure of helping a customer remove a badly damaged tree by our recent EF-0 landspout. The new is putting in some great hours helping us move and lift all the weight effortlessly, while the has safely taken us to new heights and back time and again!
