Took care of this project for a customer I've had since before I started my business, back in the side work days. Stained the concrete, didn't like the color so we turned it into a faux finish for the win. Changed the windows to black, yes you can do that, all before he had the yard project done.

Every once in a while we get lucky and don't have to replace the sheetrock after a leak, this was one of those times. Homeowner was given the option if they wanted to replace the damaged area and they declined, so we stain blocked and painted the area with paint provided by them. It matched perfectly, which is another rarity 👌🏻
