This project was completed in 3 days. A beautifully repainted apartment in Ambler features 2 bedrooms, a family room, and a spacious kitchen. There is ample storage space on the third floor and a lovely backyard. The property also includes a nice covered porch.

This one got don yesterday. Cleaned this one up. Scraped, metal primer and emerald satin to match cure t color of house. Abington, Pa

The deck is now complete. Initially, power washing was attempted, but it did not effectively remove the old stain. Therefore, sanding was undertaken to thoroughly remove all stain and emulsion (Grey areas), exposing the raw wood. We then applied a cedar natural tone transparent stain. This process involved considerable sanding over several days and a few hours of staining, culminating in a successful outcome today. Looks fabulous.

Just finished this on Monday. The deck on the left and the beams on the right. 2 separate jobs. The deck is in rough shape. (No pics)
Previous painter used a paint for all wood. We took down the paint to raw wood. And gave it 2 coats dock and deck stain. The metal railing got oil finish.

Did this house last week. In about 6 days. There was 3 days of patching. She was a previous client. They are happy with the outcome.

All finished! Warminster Pa. Sanded this deck a couple weeks ago. However it rained every other day. Rule of thumb. I need three days of dry weather before we stain. Today was the day. Client is happy.

Pics are before and after. From a tan to a crisp green. A lot of corner taping and patching went into this bathroom with a volted ceiling. Along with caulking of the baseboards. Client loves it. Warminster Pa.

We got done this house located in East Norriton. The was at least 1 day of tape and patching, skim coating. It was all worth it. This room looks fabulous. Sisterspainting.com
