အိမ်တစ်လုံးဆောက်တော့မယ်ဆိုရင် အလင်း၀င်ကောင်းပြီးလေ၀င်လေထွက်ကောင်းဖို့အရင်တွေးမိတယ်။
အိမ်က ‌ဦးမော့ထားတဲ့ အနေအထားမျိုး ဖြစ်ရမယ်။ ဒါမှ မြင့်သလိုထင်ရပြီး ခပ်ကြွားကြွားလေးဖြစ်နေမှာပေါ့။ အိမ်foundation ကိုမြင့်နေမှ။ လှေကားခုံလေးနဲ့ဆို ဒီဇိုင်းလေးပိုလှ ပန်အိုးလေးတွေအလှဆင်လို့လဲရ။
ဆင်၀င်ပါရမယ် ၀ရံတာ ပါရမယ်။ ဒါမှ အိမ်က ဒီဇိုင်းလေးပေါ်နေမှာ။ ဆင်၀င်ထောက်တိုင်လုံးတွေပါရမယ်။ ပြတင်းပေါက်ဆို ခပ်ကြီးကြီးတွေနဲ့မှပိုလှတာလေ။
အကျယ်အ၀န်းအနေထားကြောင့် အခန်းတွေကိုကျယ်သယောင်ထင်အောင်ဘယ်လိုဖွဲ့မလဲ လိုအပ်တဲ့အချိန်အလှူတို့လိုလူများမယ့်အချိန်မှာ အခန်းကျယ်သွားအောင် ဘယ်လို idea နဲ့ အခန်းဖွဲ့မလဲ စသဖြင့်ပေါ့။ မှန်ပြတင်းပေါက်အကြီးကြီးတွေသုံးထားရင်အခန်းကကျယ်တယ်ထင်ရပါတယ်။ နောက်ပြီး ခေါက်တံခါးတွေက လှလဲလှပြီး အခန်းကို divide လုပ်ရာမှာလဲအသုံး၀င်တယ်လေ။အခန်းတစ်ခုနဲ့တစ်ခုကလဲဆက်သွယ်မှူရှိနေမှစနစ်ကျနေမယ်။

Material color တွေ matching ဖြစ်အောင် ဆိုင်က ကတ်တလော့ တွေနဲ့သေချာလေ့လာလို့ရတယ်။ကိုယ့်ဘာသာ ယှဉ်တွဲကြည့်လို့ရတယ်လေ။ ကိုယ်က်ြုက်တဲ့ Main color တစ်ခုကိုအရင်ဆုံးသတ်မှတ်ပြီးကျန်တာ လိုက်မယ့် material color တွေ ဒီဇိုင်းတွေကိုရွေးချယ်လို့ရတယ်ပေါ့။

Design concepts
1. Simple but innovative and Cool as in sunny shine.
2. Open terrace
3. Color match

Grey roofing texture creates cool and calm feeling.Combination of teak texture and large brick patterns come in more attraction that enhance the design theme in coolness. Open terrace set evening rhythm. The grass texture and the steady brick walkway are in harmonic balancer set. Finally the potted plants 🪴make the perfect design.
