Cashiering experience and plant knowledge is a plus, but not necessary, we can train you. Starting hourly rate is $18-20. Planting 12” hanging baskets by hand today on the production line. Weeks ago these plugs were starting from cuttings here on the farm. Now they are ready to be transplanted. You can see the pot go through a watering tunnel before leaving the planting room. Next, it will be loaded onto carts and driven to its new greenhouse home until it is ready for the garden center.

You may picture us working at a table with garden trowels….but a lot of our planting is done on assembly lines. We’re busy, busy, busy getting ready for spring!! 🌸🌸🌸🌸
