Back in 2006, we had the opportunity to build this cabin for one of my dad’s best friends, set on 5 acres and surrounded by state land just minutes from the Kinzua in South Valley.
We designed it to be the perfect getaway: 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a loft, open living space, mudroom, laundry, and a full game room with a pool table. Big windows throughout bring in the views and the layout was built for relaxing and entertaining.
Over the years, our Friend has created countless great times here with his family and now his grandkids which is really what it’s all about.
20 years later, it’s still one of those projects that sticks with us. We make it a point to come back every year around May 1 for opening day of turkey season, hunting, hanging out and enjoying a place we were proud to build.
