Huge shoutout to Shane! 🙌

Big moment for T&T Heating & Cooling today!

We had the honor of donating a furnace and air conditioner to the Lorain County JVS HVAC lab — a place that helped shape the foundation of my career. Even more special, I got to stand alongside my former teacher, Mr. Morgan, who played a huge role in teaching me the trade and helping me become the technician I am today.

It’s a full-circle moment to now give back to the next generation of HVAC students who are working hard to build their futures. We believe in supporting skilled trades and investing in the people coming up behind us.

Thank you to Lorain County JVS for everything you do for the community and for preparing students for successful careers in the HVAC industry. We’re proud to be able to contribute and help future technicians get hands-on experience in the lab.

We're a growing residential HVAC company based in Amherst, Ohio, serving Lorain County and northeast Ohio. We're looking for experienced technicians who are ready to level up with us.

What we need:
At least 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation and/or service experience. You know your way around a job site, you take pride in quality work, and you show up ready to get things done right.

Bonus: If you can do both service and installation work and are willing to do both, that would be absolutely amazing. We'd love to find someone versatile who can wear multiple hats.
