Protein & fiber-packed meal prep of the week!!
🥣 Breakfast: egg bowls + chia pudding
🥄 Snack: protein muffins
🥗 Lunch/Dinner: quinoa crunch bowls
Lately I’ve been really focused on my gut health, and as much as I love hitting my protein goals, I know variety + fiber matter just as much. So even as an RD myself, I booked a session through to get another set of eyes on my plate. She pushed me to diversify, so for this week’s prep I made quinoa crunch bowls that are packed with protein AND fiber + I also prepped a few of my tried and true favorites for breakfast & snacks
