Protein & fiber-packed meal prep of the week!!

🥣 Breakfast: egg bowls + chia pudding
🥄 Snack: protein muffins
🥗 Lunch/Dinner: quinoa crunch bowls

Lately I’ve been really focused on my gut health, and as much as I love hitting my protein goals, I know variety + fiber matter just as much. So even as an RD myself, I booked a session through to get another set of eyes on my plate. She pushed me to diversify, so for this week’s prep I made quinoa crunch bowls that are packed with protein AND fiber + I also prepped a few of my tried and true favorites for breakfast & snacks

Travel snack box ✈️🍫✨

Building my travel snack box around new chicken sticks!! They come in 3 delish flavors: Original Chicken, Nashville Hot & Savory Breakfast, and they are packed with 12g of protein per stick 🙌 The Nashville Hot is my personal favorite but you have to give them all a try (if you’ve already had them I need to know which is your fav!!)

I paired them with carrots & hummus, mozzarella cheese, pickles, almonds and chocolate pretzels so I’ve got a good mix of savory, sweet, crunchy & creamy for my flight 🤩
