To protect my family and especially my immune-compromised father, I kindly ask all clients to notify me before a scheduled cleaning if anyone in your household:
• Has been sick within the past 7 days (COVID-19, flu, stomach bug, etc.)
• Is currently experiencing fever, cough, sore throat, congestion, nausea, or other contagious symptoms
• Has tested positive or been recently exposed to COVID-19 or the flu

If anyone in the home is unwell, I will happily reschedule your appointment to a safer date at no extra charge.

This policy helps keep both my family and your family healthy. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting these precautions.

• All appointments require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee or will forfeit your deposit.
• Clients who no-show or repeatedly cancel last minute may be removed from my booking list.
