The total square foot (sqft) cost is based on all the square footage under the roof including porch(es), garage(s), bonus room(s), dimensioned deck(s), and any other drawn and dimensioned structures.
Custom packages and pricing, other than what's listed below, are available to suit your specific needs.

Basic Builders Set: $0.50/sqft - For repeat builder business only. This package and pricing are not offered to the general public. Black and white prints only.
Does NOT include: Color, permit process, electrical plan, interior design, interior 3D modeling, interior elevations, building cross sections or details, material specifications, plumbing/mechanical/framing plans, etc. (see Custom Plus set).
● Provide basic dimensions, details, and general notes for each page
● Show placement of all cabinets, appliances and permanent fixtures
● Cover sheet - lot #, isometric exterior 3D perspective, legal
● Basic site plan - setbacks, driveways/walkways and other paved areas, etc.
● Exterior Elevations - all 4 sides, basic dimensions, roof pitches
● Foundation Plan - plumbing fixtures dimensioned
● Floor Plan(s) - interior and exterior dimensions, simple door/window schedules
● Roof layout - dimensioned layout with pitches
Add-Ons:
● Additional 3D views + 10% of total cost

Standard Builders Set $1.00/sqft - Black and white prints only. This plan set is only intended for those who are familiar with the construction industry, or as a minimum plan for speculative buyers to do bids/estimates.
Does NOT include: Color, permit process, interior design, interior 3D modeling, interior elevations, building cross sections or details, material specifications, plumbing/mechanical/framing plans, etc. (see Custom Plus set).
