A customer that we installed a camera system for over 3 years ago called us with some issues that she just started having. At first we didnt know what was going on because everything had been just fine for 3 years. After sending a technician to troubleshoot and try to correct it the customer still had an issue. We returned 2 more times and found that something between the app, customers phone and firmware on the NVR had gotten unsynced. After correcting this the customer was sure happy. Today over a week later we recieved a phone call from this customer with nothing but gratitude, thanking us for being there for her. We take pride in what we do here at Saf-Guard and will go above and beyond in making sure our customers are satisfied. We also honored our 3 year warranty and made no charge to the customer.
