Official Statement from Wayne’s Overhead Doors
We are aware of a deeply troubling incident involving one of our employees, in which inappropriate and offensive language, including a racial slur, was used and captured on video at a customer’s property. We want to be clear: this behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the values of our company.
We extend our sincere and unreserved apology to the property owner and to anyone affected by this incident. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism—without exception.
We have launched an immediate internal investigation into the matter and are taking appropriate disciplinary action. In addition, we are reviewing our hiring, training, and accountability practices to ensure that situations like this are not repeated.
