Making use of an overcast day to get the next house ready. Pressure washing is an essential part of a good exterior repaint.
A clean surface is what lets new paint actually bond instead of sitting on top of dirt, pollen, cobwebs, chalked-off old paint, mildew, or algae. Those contaminants act like a barrier—paint sticks to the grime instead of the siding, which is one of the fastest ways a fresh job starts peeling, bubbling, or looking blotchy within a season or two.

Just finished the exterior for another repeat customer! We previously painted their cabinets throughout the home, and now we’ve completed the exterior as well. Later this year we’ll be back to do some concrete coatings.
Most of our work comes from repeat customers, and that’s the biggest compliment we could ever receive.

There’s a lot more to a professional exterior paint job than just slapping on a fresh coat. It all starts with a clean, sound surface and addressing any issues first. We never paint over problems and hope for the best.
Today is pressure washing day — giving the entire house a thorough cleaning to remove dirt, grime, and chalky residue so the new paint will bond properly. Before we started a carpenter replaced the dry-rotted fascia boards to ensure everything is solid before we prime and paint.

Just wrapped up painting this kitchen and I’m absolutely loving how it turned out!
Fresh white on all the cabinets + that bold dark wall and island completely transformed the space. It feels so much brighter, cleaner, and more modern now.

What do you guys think? Would you go dark on the accent wall or keep everything light?
