What a project! This cabin was rotting away from years until we came for the rescue! We did all new! Chinking, electrical ,plumbing, stain, decks, flooring, bathroom, custom door, shelves, and handrails. We couldn't be any happier with the results! Just came across this " I know someone that can do it for less" this week. The individual literally cut all floor joints to run the plumbing for the WC. We were about to redo this bathroom and we felt the floor a little spongy. First thought, water find it's ways down rotting the wood (we wish it was it in this case) but nope it was someone with a Sawzall. Fortunately we have enough wood left to attach the new structure. This will be a heck of before and after whenever we finish it. Call for free estimates.

Removed the old painted wood and rebuild the wall with all new wood and a place for water and food for the dogs. Call for free estimates.

Deck was not up to code and cement block was sinking in the dirty, one side was over 3.50 inches out of level. We builded the proper size footing, replaced 4x4 posts with 6x6, doubled fascia all around and instead of two 2x8 we added a 2x10 custom beam adding strength, leveling and bringing it up to code. Very challenging job but with the right tools and knowledge we got it done. Customers now can enjoy his deck without worries! Call us for a free estimate.

Another happy customer. We opened a window to connect living room with kitchen, brightening the house and give an open floor feeling. This was a load-bearing wall, we installed a beam and reinforced the structure of the house. Very happy with the outcome.

Adding a gym to the basement. Installed insulation and drywall, all new recessed lighting and fan. Client will be ready to start the gains. 💪💪💪

Front door threshold was not sealed properly and water was coming in leaking to basement. We replace all rotten wood and installed a brand new door. We build up the concrete to stop the water from coming in and sealed threshold properly.
