This was a recent permitted deck in Cary. Like every project, it had some unique issues that needed to be figured out. This one required a site visit from a building inspector to get approval to build over a previous brick patio. They allowed us to use 2x4 sleepers on the deck patio without demoing it, which saved us time on the project, which translated into savings for our customer!

This was a quick resurface project, that will extend the life of the porch and lower its maintenance for years to come. Removed the rotten pressure treated handrails and deck boards and replaced with Trex deck boards, Trex fascia, and Veranda rails.

Recent mudroom remodel. This family just moved into this new construction home and was in desperate need of more storage. We brainstormed a few ideas and decided to add an additional pantry closet and mudroom cubbies. This space is being fully utilized now and turned out beautiful!
