This is a beautiful brick home here in Angier. The crew and I hand brushed the entire boxing and siding on this home. It was a hot time!! We took the existing gutters down. Upon taking them down we had noticed a few had torn the miratec fasical boards faceing off so we deceided to replace about 28ft of fasical boards. Then painted. This was a job to say the least! We tore out these 2 bathrooms and a small closet. The floor system was completely rotted and had to be replaced in the bathrooms, colset and also the living room. We had to put in floor jacks ( 12 total) with concrete footers throughout and rebuild the floor system as needed. We framed up a nice walk in closet as well as a new master bathroom. We drywalled and trimed out everything making it look fantastic. We installed a nice walk in closet and a beautiful master bathroom shower. It was a process but it is turning out great more pics to come!
