Well I missed it again, April 1st was Sycamore’s 5 year anniversary…..I’m lucky to remember my wedding anniversary 😂. The pictures you see are of a new product line for us GE. GE has been in the heating industry since 1907….today GE offers some of the most efficient equipment in the HVAC business and one of the best warranties to go along with them. No, we haven’t given up the York product line, I just think it’s important to bring on other great equipment.

The thing I hear the most this time of season is “I worry that my furnace won’t come on, so I don’t sleep well waiting to see if the furnace will come on”. Let us know if we can help. I had no idea when I answered a phone call today that it was to inform me that I was a finalist for this award, nor did I know I was even up for an award. I am overwhelmed at the amount of great people I serve. It’s crazy to get this amount of recognition while only having one van, where the others are larger. Thank you to everyone who voted and my wonderful family who supports me every day! Feeling very blessed to service Steuben county.

It’s getting warm, with that said some of you may know some may not know; the Air conditioning refrigerants are being changed…again(perhaps showing my age since this will be my 3rd residential refrigerant change). The new refrigerant (s) AC units are coming with a 10-15% increase in price. There are still some limited sizes available in the 410A AC units but when they are gone they are gone. 410A refrigerant gas can still be produced but new units can’t have that refrigerant in them. So if you’ve been waiting, you should call for your free estimate soon.

4 years ago, I was making preparations to open Sycamore Plumbing and Heating on April 1st. This reminds me of how blessed we are to still be providing great service to the Steuben county area. Thank you to all our present and past customers! Here are a few pictures of what we have been working on.
