Want your asphalt to last longer? Schedule sealcoating before widespread cracking appears, not after the damage sets in.

Asphalt oxidizes from sun and weather exposure, drying out and becoming brittle. Once cracks form, water infiltrates, freezes, and expands the damage. A protective sealcoat layer blocks moisture and slows deterioration.

We typically schedule sealcoating every 2 to 3 years for driveways with regular use. Much more cost-effective than repairing multiple cracks or replacing damaged sections later.
