Keeping the heart of the kitchen intact while drastically changing the rest of the house:

This kitchen was a 100 sf addition I built in 2005 on our 1921 bungalow. A good layout and a very cool heated terrazzo floor that didn’t need updating like the rest of our home.

We are thrilled that our Manor House project is complete! We're ready to make this your new home!

The work we undertook was extensive and thorough with a level of cleanliness verging on compulsivity. As we went through the house, inch by inch, no problem went unresolved. We treated this home as if we were going to move in - this is no quick flip, rather a carefully renovated rehabilitation of a classic mid-century Ann Arbor home in a friendly, centrally located, walkable neighborhood.
