Relocating, expanding, or downsizing an office space can present logistical and design challenges. We were pleased to help a financial organization with their relocation in 2020.
For this project, we partnered with the client's in-house team and their third-party consultants to keep the project moving smoothly. Close collaboration with all parties allowed the team to stay on track.

Ten years ago, 210 S. Fifth was a distressed, neglected building that had been home to two ill-fated bars and a defunct tech company over the previous decade.
In 2013, we had the opportunity to transform it into a new office headquarters, paying attention to every detail from millwork to lighting, and custom furniture to the fitness room.

Contempo Salon Studios was the most creatively compelling and exciting piece of the multi-year revisions to the Concord Center, in the Southside of Ann Arbor.
The suite houses over two dozen independent stylists, therapists, and artists, and the design needed to be pleasant and rejuvenating while still neutral enough to take on the personality and vibe of each stylist - AND maintaining a cohesive feel.
