Meet Misha, our fashionable CEO! 👗🎹

After studying fashion in New York, Misha launched her own stylish clothing line inspired by the Chesapeake Bay and Annapolis. Fashionably elegant yet always friendly, she has an entrepreneurial spirit that makes her a true leader.

Misha lives in the beautiful Zimmerman House on Conduit Street, a Queen Anne style home with turrets and wraparound porches. Inspired by historic patterns, she is now creating a line of wallpaper to expand her design brand.

When she isn't designing, Misha loves to sing and play the piano. She has a sharp eye for opportunities and is the visionary behind Shop Annapolis Cats - naturally taking on the role of CEO. An expert collaborator, Misha brings out the best in the other cats and always shares the spotlight with enthusiasm. 🐾

Meet Admiral and Navigator, our adventurous duo! ⚓mouse🐭

Admiral, a gregarious Maine C**n, lives at the U.S. Naval Academy in the Commandant's House on Captain's Row. A brilliant storyteller and historian, he leads tours through Annapolis' historic district, from ghost stories and folklore to architectural gems like Ernest Flagg's 1905 Beaux-Arts design for the Naval Academy. A skilled sailor, Admiral often takes to the Severn River with his best friend Navigator.

Navigator, the genius inventor, is a clever pocket mouse who transforms everyday objects into artistic gadgets. He lives in Eastport in the old Weems & Plath factory, overlooking the harbor. A master of the stars, he navigates while sailing with Admiral, and loves exploring Chesapeake lighthouses.

Together, Admiral and Navigator bring history, adventure, and creativity to Shop Annapolis Cats. Admiral helps run the website and online store, while Navigator makes sure shipping is always smooth and on time. With leadership and ingenuity, they make the perfect team! 🐾

Meet Daphne, our charming shopkeeper and collector! 🛍️📚

Daphne runs an antique shop on Main Street, always on the lookout for rare and beautiful finds. Her love of discovery takes her across the world, and wherever she travels, she makes time to visit historic houses for inspiration.

Her favorite style is the Arts and Crafts movement, reflected in her home: the ca. 1910 PVH Weems House on Southgate Avenue in Annapolis' Murray Hill neighborhood. With its oak woodwork, sleeping porch, and views of Spa Creek, it's the perfect place for a collector at heart.

On weekends, Daphne can be found reading about art and interior design in her sunroom library, or heading to the Atlantic beaches for summer relaxation. She also helps stock the Shop Annapolis Cats online store, bringing her eye for beauty and treasures to everyone. 🐾

A true Anglophile, Cinder adores the elegance of Queen Anne architecture and the informal beauty of English cottage gardens. She lives at the Alexander Randall duplex on State Circle, surrounded by flowers and inspiration.

With her keen eye for detail, Cinder also documents the original paint colors of Historic Annapolis buildings in her notebooks. Beyond her fiery spirit, she helps Shop Annapolis Cats stay grounded, managing banking and accounting with precision and care. 🐾

Meet William, our ever-stylish interior designer! 🏛️🎨

William is a striking tortoiseshell with a passion for design. He runs his interior design business from the historic Opera House (ca. 1872), an Italianate gem on Maryland Avenue.

Inspired by historic textiles from museums around the world, William has even created his own fabric collection. As a sought-after designer, he's a master of combining colors, textures, and patterns into timeless, elegant interiors.

Much of his inspiration comes from Annapolis itself, from colonial mansions like the Peggy Stewart House (where he lives) to the revival-style homes of Murray Hill. With his refined eye, William also helps Shop Annapolis Cats with merchandising and branding, ensuring everything is as stylish as he is. 🐾

She's known for her signature heart motif, a gentle reminder to cherish the special people in your life, and yourself, every day.

But Mittens is more than a designer. Trained in dendrochronology (the study of tree rings), she's a true building sleuth who can tell exactly when a structure was built!
With her careful planning skills, she also helps Shop Annapolis Cats organize events, making sure everything runs as smoothly as her elegant designs. 🐾

Meet Sebastian, our refined architect and preservationist! 🏛️📸

Sebastian is an architect with a passion for preserving Annapolis' history. He collects vintage photographs, his most treasured dating back to the 1800s, with breathtaking views from atop the State House dome. These images inspire his restoration projects, keeping the city's past alive for future generations.

A cat of many talents, Sebastian is also an accomplished photographer whose work has been exhibited at Maryland Hall and sold in local galleries. He even studies nail chronology - the history of nails - to uncover the ages of historic buildings!

Sebastian lives in a ca. 1900 Victorian townhouse on Clay Street. With his sharp mind and creative problem-solving, he helps Shop Annapolis Cats with contracts, negotiations, and finance. Thoughtful, talented, and wise, Sebastian is the team's steady hand.

Thistle lives in the historic Judge John Brice House (c. 1739) on charming Prince George Street in Annapolis. From her parlor window, she recently restored the formal English gardens, a quiet place filled with lavender, boxwoods, and inspiration.

A little shy, you'll often find Thistle painting delicate watercolors among the flowers. She also has a love of ghost stories and sometimes joins Admiral on his ghost tours through town!

Smart and dependable, Thistle is also the team's math whiz, keeping the Shop Annapolis Cats' books in perfect order. With her gentle spirit and creativity, she helps balance beauty, history, and practicality in everything she does.

Meet Cocoa, our sweet chocolatier and baker! 🍪🍫

Cocoa is as warm and comforting as a cup of hot chocolate. Living above Middleton Tavern in Annapolis, once home to one of the town's earliest confectionaries, he fills the shop with the scent of fresh cookies, cakes, and sweets. His famous chocolate chip cookies are always in demand!

But Cocoa is more than a baker. He's also a skilled metalworker, inspired by the graceful curves of Art Nouveau ironwork and how they contrast with Annapolis' elegant classical architecture. Look closely around the city and you might spot his decorative designs.

With his friendly, welcoming nature, Cocoa helps run the Shop Annapolis Cats' email list and shines in customer service. He's always ready with a smile (and maybe a cookie). 🍪
