Construction is starting on the Ironworkers Local #5 building renovation in Largo. We are doing schematic design drawings for additions to Rejoice Lutheran Church and Sydenstricker United Methodist Church. This should keep us busy for a while.

We continue to work on the Ironworkers Local #5 drawings for their Union Hall, Offices and training center. Permit drawings should be done in a few weeks. Besides the Ironworkers, we are working on a Pediatric Therapy office for their new space. We are also working on design for two new church projects, one in Maryland, the other in Virginia. It looks like work will be busy for the next few months. If anyone knows of someone looking for a job in an architects office, please let us know. We could use the help.
