🔥❄️ Complete Utility Room Upgrade ❄️🔥

This client had quotes from several companies.

Long story short, nobody was listening to the client.

Their basement had been finished post initial construction resulting in no access to their water heater and little access to their furnace.

Due to a language barrier, previous consultations resulted in nothing more than quotes for hvac replacements alone that involved wall removals etc.

Our team sits with our clients, discusses all the things that are important to the them, then presents options.

We developed a plan to provide access to every piece of equipment in the utility room, simplify the layout, and ensure that replacements can be completed in the future without the proposed “wall removals”
