Before:
The original window and surrounding siding had hidden dry rot and deteriorated framing that needed to be addressed before a proper replacement could be completed.

During:
We removed the damaged materials, repaired the dry-rotted framing, installed new insulation, and rebuilt the opening to ensure a solid, weather-tight foundation.

After:
A brand-new Milgard window was installed along with new siding and trim. All dry rot was repaired, the wall was properly insulated, and the home is now protected, energy efficient, and built to last.
