Talk about a tight fit. We were able to squeeze a new furnace into this closet for a customer. It’s amazing how the old furnace even fit in the first place.

12” of snow wasn’t enough to stop us from doing an emergency change out of a failed tempstar furnace in White Lake on Thursday. We replaced it with a 96% efficient two stage York furnace. The customer was thrilled to come home from work to a warm house.

Another satisfied customer. Monday morning we received a call for a customer with no heat. Upon diagnosing the furnace it was determined that the blower motor was bad and had caused the control board to burn up. Instead of sticking the customer with a high repair bill on a 22 year old furnace, we installed a brand new Amana furnace. The customer was very pleased with Amanda’s 10 year parts and lifetime heat exchanger warranty. They were also thrilled with our reasonable pricing and same day install!
