If you are in town Chili Crawlin' and want authentic Apalachicola Bay oysters then be sure to visit Paddy's Raw Bar on SGI and The Station Raw Bar in Apalach. We stocked them up yesterday with freshly harvested, beautiful, salty Apalachicola Oyster Company oysters.

Update: Sandy's family sent us some great pics. They grilled the oysters topped with a tarragon garlic butter sauce and let us know that Sandy loved these!
