Sadly another year is slipping by fast! Building construction season 2020 will be on us with winter months to follow. However do not let the Holidays nor winter discourage you in anyway to pursue your dream for that new home or addition you have longed for or contemplating. The process of design by a professional may take 1-6 months to finish Construction Documents, depending upon the Scope of Work and Services for the Project and a Professionals work load at the time. In fact winters are generally the best time to perform the process.

The new year has been a great start thus far. We have been awarded contracts for several new projects so far with a potential for a couple other fantastic custom homes. To mention a few; We are starting the proposed design for a 1 story addition to a cottage on Oquaga Lake, Deposit, NY. We just came back, last Saturday from Watertown, NY and was awarded a project to design a new Family Room, Kitchen extension and 1 car Garage Additions to a home in Henderson, NY. While there I was able to pick up a new Custom 2 story Traditional Home in the Town of Rutland.
It has been a busy winter to date and look forward to the year to come! If you are contemplating constructing a new dream home or thinking about adding that new Kitchen or Master Bedroom Suite, please contact us, I would be delighted to hear from you, even if its just to chat! Bernie

The last photo here was the existing Kitchen in this 150 year old Estate Home in Sacketts Harbor, NY. Far left is the same view today with the opened wall on the left in the center pic. We opened up the space and extended the Kitchen into the adjacent and remodeled Sitting Room and new Back entry to the home. We hope this sparks interest and gives you ideas if you are thinking of updating your Kitchen.
