Sometimes a fresh coat of paint is just the beginning!

This garage door was looking pretty rough, so we gave it a much-needed facelift. But we didn't stop at the paint. We found that both sides of the extended door jamb were rotten, so we removed the damaged wood and replaced it with new material. We also installed new weather seals, caulked and sealed everything, and finished it all off with a fresh coat of paint.

The end result? A garage door that looks beautiful and is properly protected from the elements!

🔧 Another Job Completed by Fixed by Frank!

This customer has a gym-style shower in his basement with exposed hot and cold water plumbing. The original shutoff valves were deteriorating and no longer shutting off properly.

He wanted to keep the same exposed plumbing look, so we replaced the old valves with new hot and cold shutoffs, cleaned up the installation, and applied sealant for a more finished appearance.

Everything is working properly again, and most importantly, another happy customer!

A little side project for myself at Fixed by Frank. This blower started as a tow-behind, but backing up and maneuvering around the yard was a hassle. I built and welded a bracket to mount it on my tractor’s three-point hitch, relocated the battery, and added a kill button within reach. Now I can go forward and backward with much better control. Turned out great and makes leaf cleanup a whole lot easier!

Another job completed by Fixed by Frank! This time, we installed a heating unit inside a large workshop so our client can stay warm and comfortable all winter long while working in their shop.

Here’s what we took care of:
✅ Securely mounted the heating unit using power strut.
✅ Ran the electrical from an existing power source.
✅ Installed the propane lines from the outside tank.
✅ Installed the exhaust vent through the exterior wall.

Everything is installed, secured, and running like a champ! 💪 Now our client is ready to take on those cold winter days without worrying about freezing while working in the shop.
