Cozy mini fall cookies to send off October 🍂🍁 It’s still peak fall colors here in Wisconsin, but I know come November 1, I’ll be ready to put up a Christmas tree, hang some wreaths, and bake Christmas cookies! Do you wait until after Halloween or Thanksgiving to get into the holiday spirit? 🎄

Red currant jam or chocolate 🍓🍫 I’m usually a chocolate girl through and through but the tartness of the red currants with the creamy peanut butter cookie was lowkey a match made in heaven!!

Do you like the crisp edges or the rustic ones? I go back and forth depending on the cookie stamp design but I think for our thumbprint style cookies, I prefer the clean edges you get with a cookie cutter! Come back to see what I filled these with 🥰

These pumpkin postage stamp cookies are just about the cutest thing I’ve made all year 🎃🖤 Perfect for bakers who want a cozy, not-too-spooky Halloween! I pressed the mini pumpkin cookie stamp into dough, cut it out with a wavy square cutter, and the scalloped edged turn each one into a lil postage stamp 📮
