Done Right Window & Door LLC is growing! We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Commercial Helper to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, works well with a crew, and takes pride in doing quality work on commercial window and door projects.

What we're looking for:

- Previous construction, window, door, or general labor experience preferred
- Willingness to learn commercial window and door installation
- Ability to assist with jobsite preparation, material handling, cleanup, and installation tasks
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs
- Dependable, professional, and able to work well with customers and other crew members
- Willingness to follow directions and work safely
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and a do-it-right-the-first-time mentality

Done Right Window & Door LLC is growing! We're looking for an experienced, dependable Lead Residential Installer / Carpenter to join our team.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who can take the lead on residential window and door projects and takes pride in doing quality work.

What we're looking for:

- Experience with residential window and door installation
- Strong general carpentry and trim skills
- Ability to bend and install exterior trim metal
- Experience with professional caulking and finishing
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs
- Dependable, professional, and able to work well with customers and other crew members
- Attention to detail and a do-it-right-the-first-time mentality

We had a great time last night at Associated Builders and Contractors of North Alabama 30th anniversary party! Glad to be a member of the organization and enjoy the friends we have made!
