Stopped and helped a lady towards the beginning of winter who was stuck in a snowbank on seneca st in elma and AAA had given her like a 6hr eta, got her out with ease, a ECSO Deputy had stopped. Didn't charge nor ask her for a thing but to pay it forward to somebody else. We'll on St Patrick's day i got an unexpected package to find this inside. Dove into it this weekend for and it's soooo good!

Customer called for installation of septic lid risers on a 1.5 old system, and has had nothing but issues mainly a clog every few months, has had roto-rooter out a hand full of times.

Excavated above tank, found it not draining properly, installed air admittance valve, installed lid risers, cleaned filter, installed air trap and bubbler vent.
