Beautiful full bathroom renovation.

Replaced all the old can lights, took some out and patched the ceiling and installed a few new cans along with pendant lights over the island. Then we painted the island and built-in entertainment center. Then we demoed the old backsplash and installed a new one with under cabinet lighting. Lastly we installed the new tops with a new sink.

Clean whole house filter, water softner and tankless water heater install.

What a fun project this was. We replaced the old pvc main sewage line that was backing up due to backwards slope. Also got rid of all the old cast iron and installed a whole house vent.

Then we replaced all the old metal duct work with insulated duct work.

Huge changes to the flip house.
The outside has come A LOOOONG way and looks amazing now!

Waterheater replaced with a tankless. Gave room to install a water softener.
